Proform 850 Spacesaver Elliptical
What a wonderful piece of exercise equipment the Proform 850 Spacesaver Elliptical is! I had been looking for a reasonably prices elliptical and after searching on the web and checking out several sites and product reviews, I decided upon this one. I was not disappointed!
The features of the Proform 850 Spacesaver Elliptical trainer are features you would see on trainers costing hundreds more. I was absolutely amazed that a trainer in this price range would have 6 training programs available. It was actually one of the main features that convinced me to buy it. The automatic adjustment feature that allows your workout to stay focused in the area that you want is absolutely amazing. Changing resistance without having to get off the machine or stop and then start up again is a feature few machines at this level allow.
Another really cool feature is the pacing coach. I don’t know about you but I can definitely use someone in my ear egging me on. I tend to get a little lazy during a workout and slow down when I am not really into it but the Proform 850 Spacesaver Elliptical will not allow that to happen. Your “virtual trainer” jumps in and starts beeping letting you know that it is time to pick up the pace and start moving again. The first time it happened I actually laughed out loud knowing that is exactly what I needed to keep me moving.
Seriously, this is a must have feature on any machine. I don’t know about you but the time that I have to exercise is very limited and I need to make sure that I am getting the most out of it and this feature pretty much assures that I will do just that.
